Melisa was instrumental in leading the KNOW initiative helping women achieve leadership positions at KPMG. She has been a practicing tax attorney for over twenty years in Dallas, beginning her career with Thompson & Knight law firm and serving as tax planning and controversy counsel at public companies such as ARCO and EDS, and serving clients at KPMG. |

Alan Stein
Alan is the Career Relationship Services Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas. He is a career management professional with extensive experience in staffing, recruiting, outplacement and coaching/counseling. He founded and facilitates Career Continuum, a networking group for senior financial professionals in career transition. Alan also founded the Women's Boardroom Initiative to help women secure board positions. He is a former member of the board of The Family Place, and currently serves on the board of the Sammons Center for the Arts, is a Career Services Director for FEI, and a Director-In-Residence in the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. |

Sharon Stufflebeme
Currently SVP, CIO for RadioShack Corporation, Sharon’s past executive and technology leadership roles were with 7-Eleven, Inc, Accenture, Hitachi Consulting and Arthur Andersen. Sharon is a former national member of the Network of Executive Women, and has served as a proxy board member for LiTex Corporation. She chairs the Tarrant County Advisory Board for the Arthritis Foundation and joined the board of The Board Connection in 2011. Sharon serves on the Advisory Boards of both SMU Cox School of Business and TCU Neeley School of Business. |

Paula’s leadership roles have included Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Viscern, Director of a $390M energy portfolio at TXU Energy, and North Texas Branch Manager for IBM. A founding member of TBC, Paula has a passion for education, serving on a number of nonprofit boards. She is active with the University of North Texas Business School and Junior Achievement of Dallas. |

Susan Garcia
Currently VP of Information Technology at American Airlines, Susan Garcia has held a range of landmark positions in 23 years at the company in marketing, finance and IT. Susan is on the Advisory Board at Turtle Creek Recovery Center, and is a mentor at MENTTIUM 100. Fluent in Spanish, she has worked as an interpreter for the Federal Emergency Response Management Agency and on medical mission trips. Susan holds an MBA in Finance and Management from SMU. Kit Addleman
A partner at the law firm Haynes and Boone, LLP, Kit specializes in defending SEC actions and structuring corporate compliance programs. Previously, Kit spent 21 years with the SEC including serving as Regional Director in Atlanta and as head of the SEC's enforcement programs in Fort Worth and Atlanta. She serves on the boards of non-profit and industry organizations including Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas, Consumer Credit Counseling Service, and National Society of Compliance Professionals. |
