Panelists Bob Pearson and Rhys Best (download bio) each presented insight on what how boards of directors search for, qualify and interview candidates for board positions. A mock interview was conducted with TBC Member Kim Padilla (download bio), President of Valencia, served as a candidate, interviewed by Bob and Rhys. Q & A about real life scenarios rounded out the session.
